3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
3.1 General Policy
Because our products are primarily digital and educational in nature, access is often granted immediately upon purchase. As a result, we generally treat all sales as final unless a different policy is clearly stated on the relevant sales or checkout page.
3.2 Programs, Courses, and Cohorts
For live cohorts, coaching programs, or time-bound experiences, any specific refund or cancellation window will be listed on the associated information or checkout page. That page will govern in the event of any conflict with this general policy.
If no alternative policy is stated, fees for live programs and cohorts are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
3.3 Digital Products and Downloads
Digital downloads, templates, toolkits, and similar products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, due to their instant and irrevocable nature.
3.4 Memberships and Subscriptions
For recurring memberships or subscriptions (if offered), you may generally cancel future billing at any time through your account settings or by contacting us in advance of your next renewal date. Unless otherwise stated, we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods already billed.
3.5 How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
If you believe a refund or cancellation applies to your situation based on the specific terms of a program or an error in billing, please contact us at [email protected] with:
- Your full name and email address used for the purchase.
- The product or program name.
- Date of purchase and any relevant receipts or confirmation numbers.
- A brief description of your request.
We will review your request in good faith and respond as soon as reasonably possible, consistent with the policies described here and on the relevant sales page.
