Each Project Lab is 90 minutes. You bring your course content. You leave with one deployable, Canvas-ready component you can use immediately. All sessions on Thursdays at 5:00pm PT / 8:00pm ET.

Course Hub Builder
Build the Canvas course-level architecture: home page, syllabus, schedule, module navigation. The container every other Lab plugs into. Walk in with course objectives, walk out with a deployable course hub ready for the fall semester.

Module Hub Builder
Build one Module Hub scaffold for one topic of your choice, wired directly into the Course Hub from session 01. The structural container for pre-work, RAT, application exercise, and rubric. Fill the slots over time across subsequent Labs or in Sprint.

Concept Lecture Video Player
Build a pre-class video player with PDF download and embedded Depth of Knowledge practice questions. Replaces passive lecture with active pre-work that primes students for in-class application.

Application Exercise Builder
Build one four-S application exercise as a deployable interactive worksheet: same problem, specific choice, simultaneous report, significant problem. The cognitive payoff of any TBL session.

Readiness Assurance Engine
Build one iRAT and tRAT question set with appeals-ready conceptual questions across Depth of Knowledge levels. Catches whether students actually engaged with the prep work and flags misconceptions before class discussion.
