Whether it is a student stepping into their first clinical SIM encounter, or a founder stepping into their first business, the work is the same: design the structure, believe in the person, and build something that works.
I am a physician and professor in Northern California. I design learning experiences that meet students and faculty where they are. AI has complicated learning, but it has also been a gift. My work includes teaching students how to use AI as a tool for deeper understanding, not a shortcut around it. The goal is never to do less thinking. It is to think better.
That same discipline drives every website, funnel, and brand I build. I work with small businesses, clinics, and startups who have an idea worth launching and need someone who knows how to build the system around it. I also work with physicians and clinicians who want to educate their patients, building structured, digestible learning experiences that extend the appointment, improve outcomes, and give patients something they can actually use.
I come from medicine and the military. Both taught me the same thing: a well-prepared team outperforms any individual. That is why everything I design, from Team-Based Learning packets to full Kajabi course ecosystems, puts collaboration and clarity at the center.
