Discovery Call
We talk about your project, your goals, your audience, and your timeline. No pressure. Just clarity. This is where we figure out the right package and scope for what you actually need.

Proposal Sent
You receive a written scope of work, a flat project price, and a clear timeline. No ambiguity, no hidden costs. You know exactly what you are getting before you commit.

Agreement + Deposit
We confirm with a signed agreement and 50% deposit upfront. This reserves your spot in the build schedule. The remaining 50% is due at launch.

You Set Up Your Platform Account
You create your Kajabi account (and Articulate Rise if needed) in your own name, billed directly to you. You then grant us access so we can build. We walk you through this step by step if needed.

Build Phase
We design and build your project. Depending on scope, this takes 2 days to 2 weeks. You will receive checkpoint previews so nothing surprises you at the end.

Review + Revisions
You review the build and submit feedback. Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included in every project. We implement changes and bring it to final approval.

Final Payment + Launch
Once you approve the final build, the remaining 50% is due. Then we go live together. Domain connected, pages published, automations active.

We walk you through everything we built so you know how to run it. Training session available as an add-on at $100/hr, or you receive a written handoff guide.

Your 3 complimentary revisions are active for 30 days post-launch. After that, stay supported with a $399/month retainer or request individual edits at $150 per incident.

Questions We
Hear Often.

Yes, all website and course builds are done on Kajabi. It is the most complete all-in-one platform for what our clients need: websites, courses, funnels, email marketing, and automations in one place. You will need your own Kajabi subscription billed directly to you.

If you already have a Kajabi account, we can build within it. If you are on another platform, book a Strategy Session so we can assess what you have and make an honest recommendation.

Additional revisions beyond the 3 included are $150 per incident. If you anticipate a lot of back and forth, the monthly retainer at $399/month is more efficient and includes ongoing edits as part of the scope.

At minimum: your Kajabi account access, brand colors and logo if you have them, any copy or content you want on the site, and any photos. If you do not have these ready, we can help you figure out what you need during the discovery call. The more prepared you are, the faster the build goes.

Rush projects are completed within 36 to 48 hours of receiving all your content and platform access. The rush fee is approximately 25 to 30% above standard price. Rush is available for Starter and Business site tiers. Learning Experience projects are too complex for a 48-hour build and do not have a rush option.

No. We set up your digital systems and hand them off to you. Social media content creation and ongoing management is outside our scope. We can help you set up your social profiles and brand assets as a one-time setup, but the ongoing posting is yours to manage.

Absolutely. Many clients start with a $150 Strategy Session or the $350 DIY Kickstart to get clear on scope and direction, then move into a full build once they are ready. The clarity you gain almost always makes the build faster and cleaner.

Possibly, yes. Articulate offers academic pricing for educators and institutions that can significantly reduce the cost of an Articulate 360 license. We will help you navigate the application process and determine if you qualify.
